Performance-Based Compensation
RealtyCom Partners utilizes a “pay for performance” compensation structure. If our clients choose to execute a transaction we negotiate, we share only in the financial value of what is created under the service provider agreements – whether that value is created upfront or as a recurring revenue stream.
Through our comprehensive contract analysis and negotiation, we are uniquely positioned to deliver more than just savings. Our services generate new unanticipated and unbudgeted revenue without incurring any out of pocket expenses to our clients. In practice, we only get paid if the company generates revenue for a client’s portfolio and after that revenue is actually received by the apartment owner.
